Access Control Administrator is a management position in IT Operations. It is a hands-on role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The person in this position is responsible for a broad range of tasks, including the day-to-day administration of user access management; security audits; and process optimization. This position will work closely with IT Compliance and global access control teams.
Job Description
- Perform user and access administration on designated systems and applications, in accordance with the defined policies, standards and procedures of the organization to ensure SOX compliance.
- Perform normal and exceptional processing of user access and change requests, escalating such requests when appropriate.
- Develop and maintain documentation for access control system and procedures.
- Previous experience with any Identity Management and/or Security and event log management software.
- Location Flexibility (between Charlotte, NC and Klamath Falls, OR company locations).
- Full-time position as defined by Company’s Management Agreement.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university in management information systems, computer science or related degree; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Development software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Project Management software; Manufacturing software; Database software and Contact Management systems.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
