We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Agent Recruiter to join our thriving Real Estate Team. As an Agent Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented real estate agents to enhance our Team's success and market presence. Your ability to network, communicate effectively, and understand the real estate industry will be keys to your success in this role.
** What You Will Be Doing:**
** Responsibilities :**
Talent Sourcing and Identification:
- Proactively research and identify potential real estate agents using various sources, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, real estate schools and industry associations.
- Utilize innovative strategies to attract high-caliber agents who align with the team's Core Values and goals.
Outreach and Relationship Building:
- Initiate contact with potential agents through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing them with information about the team's culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
Candidate Evaluation and Screening:
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with team leaders to evaluate candidates' potential contributions to the team's success.
Presentation and Negotiation:
- Prepare compelling presentations and materials to showcase the team's value proposition to potential recruits.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with selected candidates, including commission structures and onboarding plans.
Onboarding and Integration:
- Work closely with Director of Recruiting & Retention and other members of the Leadership Team to ensure a smooth transition for new agents, providing them with the necessary resources and support for a successful start.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to familiarize new agents with team processes, tools, and company culture.
Market Insights and Analysis:
- Stay current on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide strategic insights on agent recruitment strategies.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, recruitment progress, and outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to team leadership on recruitment metrics and effectiveness.

** Qualifications :**
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and the roles and responsibilities of real estate agents.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present persuasively.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of individuals.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing and networking.
