The Pension Investment Analyst is responsible for supporting the Stewardship department in its initiatives regarding corporate engagement, proxy voting, and the preparation of the annual Stewardship report. Reporting directly to the Senior Advisor to the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer - Stewardship, the Pension Investment Analyst will also work in collaboration across the organization including with the investment teams, Investment Operations Division, Risk, and Legal.
Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field and five years of business experience.

Work Modality
This position is subject to a hybrid work schedule. The role may require occasional business travel to meetings in New York City or to conferences domestically or internationally.
Job Duties
The duties of the Pension Investment Analyst include, but will not be limited to, the following:
- Research on companies and preparation of briefing documents ahead of engagement meetings
- Research key issues ahead of proxy votes
- Assist in the preparation of the annual Stewardship report
- Learn and share best practices with counterparts at other asset owners and asset management companies
- Work collaboratively with many other departments, including Investment Operations Division, Risk, Legal, and the investment teams.
Salary Grade
This position is a Grade 27.

$118,558 - $154,691
