Job Description
Assist in Procurement/Order Entry/Accounting Functions as needed. Operate under supervision and according to generally accepted accounting procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review, verify and record contracts.
- Assist in Procurement activities. Recommend methods and procedures to improve the functioning of the accounting area.
- Work closely with personnel in other departments to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Perform basic office functions including, but not limited to filing and copying.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: Associates Degree or equivalent, 1-3 yrs office/accounting experience a must.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Efficient in Microsoft Excel. Ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal). Experience with SAP a plus.
