Sapp Bros., Inc., a growing chain of travel centers, is looking for experienced Shift Leads to join our restaurant operations team. Our mission is to treat every customer like "our guest" by providing a clean environment, quality products, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and ensure team professionalism during busy periods.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
- Assist team members in maintaining a clean dining area.
- Foster a positive atmosphere through respect and teamwork.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety practices.
- Support kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Build rapport with guests and team members.
- Provide and request constructive feedback for team growth.
- Ensure timely submission of required paperwork.
- Make fair decisions regarding employee matters using the employee handbook.
- Follow cash handling procedures for accurate transactions.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in fleet management, safety management, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fleet management software, and other relevant applications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
