Summary: The Cash Management Sales Analyst is responsible for effectively selling depository and cash management services to existing and prospective clients in conjunction with Commercial, Business, and Retail associates. Responsible for onboarding cash management customers in conjunction with Cash Management Sales and provides support for existing cash management customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales - Coordinates sales efforts with Commercial, Business Banking, and Retail associates to acquire new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
- Responsible for the direct sale of all cash management-related products and services to the business community through internal referrals from bank associates.
- In response to internal referrals, meets independently with clients/prospects and conducts a needs analysis.
- Completes the needs and profitability analysis and makes pricing recommendations to management for approval based on client/prospect interviews.
- Prepares and presents proposed services/solutions presentations directly to the business.
- Obtains all necessary documentation and executed agreements.
- Meets periodically with Retail associates to educate them on cash management solutions to build awareness.
- Coordinates account opening with banking centers and/or Cash Management support.
- Coordinates sales installations and training with Cash Management Support team or independently.
- Follows up with clients post onboarding/implementation to ensure needs were met.
- Meets regularly with Commercial, Business, and Retail associates to review portfolio clients and prospects, assisting in developing a sales outreach strategy.
- Meets periodically with clients to assess needs and recommend new or revised services as needed.
- Prepares Pro Forma analysis and assists with proposal preparation.
- Customer and/or user setup in Cash Management solutions.
- Product implementations.
- Client user training.
- Post-implementation follow-ups.
- Assists CM Lead in training and supervising department associates as needed.
- Completes all yearly compliance training and testing and complies with bank, federal, and state regulations. Complies with Bank Policies and Procedures. Adheres to departmental and bank-wide service standards.

Education and/or Experience: Bachelors’ Degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills needed:
- Ability to learn all business products and services to build a customer base.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot cash management services to resolve customer issues.
- Problem resolution skills.
- Position will require traveling to clients' places of business to install products and services.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of client situations.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills - Team-oriented.
Computer Skills: Knowledge of computer applications including Word, Excel, and Insight as well as other internal bank systems.
Certifications, Licenses and/or Registrations: Accredited ACH Professional.
