Financial services firm is currently hiring a remote Customer Service Representative. The position is full time with hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The company offers a full incentive and benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and a casual office dress code every day.
You will take inbound calls and assist existing clients with general questions about their account(s), notate account, work with in-house departments to resolve any issues, and review accounts regarding contracts and reports to match clients with new services. Experience in the financial industry is helpful, but not required.
Requirements:
- Comfortable taking inbound calls from current clients in need of assistance.
- Basic computer skills using Excel spreadsheets.
- Capable of typing 30 wpm or greater.
This is an entry-level job; however, experience as a customer service rep, administrative assistant, receptionist, secretary, or data entry clerk is a plus.
