We're looking for a Sr. Internal Auditor to join a global manufacturing company in the Pleasant Prairie area of Wisconsin.
In this position, the Assistant Controller will work with management in the creation and execution of audits of manufacturing facilities both domestically and internationally.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls and effectively communicate cost-effective, realistic solutions.
- Assist in improving the organization’s internal control environment by providing internal controls guidance.
- Provide internal control enhancement recommendations.
- Assess the effectiveness of preventative and detective financial and operating controls to provide assurance that the key control objectives are met.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2+ years of audit experience in a manufacturing setting or in a Big 4 environment.
- CPA a plus.
- Willing and able to travel 30% both domestically and internationally.
- Strong communication, analytical, and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented work ethic.
