Primary Responsibilities:
Bozzuto Management Company is seeking a Budget and Financial Analyst to perform duties for the Client Services Analyst Team. Analyst output is the cornerstone of work done by others to attract and secure new clients: RFP, pitch, and presentation delivery. The Analyst works in collaboration with property operations, business development, real estate development, and asset management colleagues. The candidate will provide reports and information to help investors make decisions regarding real estate investments.
As the Budget & Financial Analyst, your primary responsibilities include:
- Research real estate markets to assess rental and operating expenses
- Analyze financial trends to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Prepare, update, and maintain multi-year multifamily and mixed-use budgets
- Ensure data integrity of all real estate reports
- Partner with property management leadership to coordinate client deliverables
What You Bring to Us:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in finance, business management, real estate, accounting, economics, mathematics, statistics, science, or engineering
- 1+ years of experience in finance or analytics
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in financial statement analysis
- Familiarity with multifamily property operations
- IT literacy (basic Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel)
- Genuine interest in Real Estate
- Organized and self-motivated
