Role Objective
The Corporate Account Manager is accountable for financial target achievement within the assigned strategic account(s). Builds strong relationships with KDMs of assigned account while advancing the GOJO sales strategy. Uses knowledge of products and systems to build account penetration and grow existing customer base. Participates actively in selected distributor training programs and targeted end-user work to develop market programs and secure business.
Develops and executes wholesale business plans with assigned accounts/channel partners to drive overall growth. Influence sales of products and programs with channel partners through headquarter relationships and training of Distributor Sales Reps. This role collaborates with Channel Partner Marketing and the Omnichannel Team to develop, enhance and customize relevant sales materials, training aids and content to enable resellers and eTailers. Utilizes core analytics to manage and evolve the business.
Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Executes and tracks progress of business strategies for assigned distributors
- Partners with the field sales force to identify opportunities for business optimization; helps close end user account opportunities
- Makes calls on customers to influence sales of products and programs
- Prepares for customer meetings and creates/delivers presentations on GOJO category leadership capabilities
- Scans for opportunities to increase sales
- Creates reports around logistics issues including product turns, sku consolidation and warehouse costs and relates these to distribution ROI
- Collaborates with marketing groups to develop sales and merchandising plans.
- Provides timely information to other members of the Enterprise
- Aligns account needs with field sales resources
Education and Experience
- BA/BS in Business or a related discipline preferred; in lieu of degree minimum five (5) years' experience in a Jan/San sales role
- Minimum two (2) years’ sales experience in a JanSan environment, preferably selling through distribution
Supervision/Coordination
Coordinates project work for distributor competitive conversions
