Your role
Are you solution oriented? Are you self-motivated and driven, with the ability to make the right call based on your own analysis work? We’re looking for someone like this who can work within our IB Business Risk Management – Client Complaints and Travel and Expense Team specifically to:
- perform day to day tracking, coordination and prioritization of the business requests and deliverables as it relates to Travel and Expenses and Complaints
- effectively deliver tasks assigned accurately and on time, and provide assistance and cover for other team members
- work closely with and establish effective communication channels with key stakeholders, SME's and clients to gather complaint requirements, specifications and limitations in order to develop state of the art reporting capabilities.
- offer exceptional customer service to our employees, addressing inquires and issues promptly and professionally
- analyze complaint data to identify root causes and systemic issues
- review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company polices
- educate employees on policy compliance and assist them with expense report submissions
- collaborate with various departments to validate and approve expense claims
- stay up to date with company travel and expense policy and communicate changes when necessary
Your team
You will be working in the Complaints and Travel and Expense Team in Nashville, TN. We play a critical role in ensuring that our employees have a seamless and efficient experience when managing travel arrangements, expense reporting and filing complaints. Our attention to detail and dedication to compliance with company polices and industry regulations will contribute to the success and reputation of UBS.
Your expertise
- ideally 1-2 years+ of relevant experience in a financial services environment (preferably within a Logistics & Control function), and/or in a business management support role
- good presentation and interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with others
- strong work ethic with demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver to deadline
- eager to solve problems both by yourself and working with others
- good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
- experience of using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- experience with SAP, Tableau or Alteryx, a plus
- an understanding of operational risk frameworks and controls
