Job Overview
Senior Program Manager to lead and oversee a critical Human Resources project within our organization. The Human Resources Department plays a crucial role in managing the state government’s workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring that employees are supported, engaged, and able to contribute to the delivery of essential services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, timelines, roadmap, resources, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress against established goals.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple agencies and cross-functional teams to develop and refine the current state model and define the transition to the future state model.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, project sponsors, end-users, and technical teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex IT projects, preferably with experience in SAP reporting solutions.
- Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and relevant SAP software solutions, such as SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and SAP SuccessFactors.
Skills:
- ITIL Foundations Certification Highly desired.
- Project Management Professionals (PMP) Certification Highly desired.
- Leading complex IT systems development or implementation projects Required.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required.
- SAP System Architect and SAP Software Solutions Required.
- SAP Data Mapping Required.
