Job Description:HR Business Partner
Works directly with employees and management to onboard, train and develop Human Resources within assigned, designated departments.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Demonstrates the ability to use a personal computer and various software programs applicable to the position.
- Demonstrates the ability to operate applicable office equipment.
- Demonstrates effective skills in oral and written communication.
- Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally and with the public.
- Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision.
- Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location.
- Must be able to work in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field (may substitute 5 years progressive, recent HR experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree).
- Human Resource related certification preferred.
- Basic medical terminology preferred.
EXPERIENCE- Three (3) years Human Resource experience required.
- Two (2) years recruiting experience preferred.
