Responsibilities
Best Tile has an opening for a (Full Time) Design Sales Consultant who will:
- Use your expertise in home décor to inspire customers to create tile design solutions.
- Field requests and inquiries from customers, vendors, and members of the Showroom Team.
- Help maintain the cleanliness of the Showroom layout.
- Assist with in-store and off-site events and programs.
Requirements
- Design Sales experience; home/bath/kitchen preferred.
- Strong work ethic with a drive to exceed expectations.
- Excellent communication and time management skills, balancing multiple priorities and working well under pressure in a retail environment.
- Excellent organizational skills; solid computer and systems skills.
- Highly collaborative and team oriented; ability to be flexible in response to changing priorities and needs.
- Design Certificate and/or Associate's Degree in interior design, architecture, marketing or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule with Thursday evening and Saturday day hours required.
- Ability to pass a post-offer employment screening, which includes drug testing, and a background check.
