Job Description
WellSky is seeking a Technical Consultant III to join our team. As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software. This role provides technical expertise on system software and configuration and ensures project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients to a post-implementation client experience program during the professional services engagement.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Work directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel learning and conducting implementation tasks through the life cycle of the project
- Direct client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks of each phase are executed properly
- Deliver end-user training to maximize use of their system
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedure to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition
- Direct the client service and IT Management process of the project
- Direct problem resolution efficiently and professionally by applying knowledge of system software, applications and hardware including third party peripherals that affect the functionality and performance of WellSky solutions
- Determine the methods and procedures for new assignments and complex client issues
- Advise others on complex problems
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Previous database management experience
- Proficient with SQL
- Knowledge of general networking concepts and terminology
- Familiar with web development tools, including API
- Strong time management skills
