Job Description
Preferred:
- At least 7 years of experience in Project Management and implementation.
- At least 7 years of experience in project scoping, estimation, and scheduling.
- At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology, specifically around Testing and QA.
- Sound background in the Financial Services Industry; knowledge of Commercial Lending Business preferred.
- At least 1 or 2 prior nCino implementation experience from Testing/QA standpoint.
- Complete knowledge of E2E nCino Workflow and ability to write complex E2E Test Scenarios/Test Conditions for complex Business Requirements or Use cases.
- Ability to represent the testing team in Joint Application Design (JAD) to identify critical gaps in Requirements/Design and recommend necessary changes to the Testable Requirements.
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to organize work across multiple work streams and report to multiple stakeholders.
- Strong QC/ALM skills; well-versed in using customized status reporting features of QC/ALM to pull QA metrics on short notice.
- Sound understanding of the test effort estimation process.
- Background in implementing testing automation frameworks using Cucumber/Selenium on web applications.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a multi-vendor, multi-cultural setup.
- Knowledge of architectural frameworks and design principles.
- Basic domain knowledge in Banking or Financial Services Industry.
- Analytical skills.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with IT.
