As a Sales Consultant, you will:
- Cultivate and maintain a relationship with clients before and after the sale.
- Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
- Be an expert in the products you represent, able to fully explain the features, functions and benefits while building value in the product.
- Consistently seek vehicle and technology training.
- Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
What are the general requirements for a Sales Consultant?
- We are looking for a positive, energetic person who wants to be a part of a team that is dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our clients.
- College degree or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.
- Competitive drive and entrepreneurial confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
