Responsibilities: Come join Baker Tilly's Development & Community Advisory (DCA) team as a Senior Consultant! You will be a part of our DCA Development Advisory team where you will provide a variety of services including, but not limited to:
- Energy and infrastructure advisory and project development support
- Economic development and capital planning support
- Federal grant advisory with potential clients such as Tribes and Tribal Organizations, municipalities, non-profits, and other for-profit entities

Qualifications: Successful candidates will meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, supply chain, engineering or manufacturing-related field required
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment with all levels of client personnel
- Demonstrated skills in time management, communication, interpersonal skills, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving
- Organizational and analytical skills, initiative, adaptability
- Proficiency with Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Involvement with a professional organization desired
- Experience building financial models incorporating income statements and cash flows
- Experience with core financial processes (e.g. monthly close, financial reporting)
