Job Description
Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat! Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle from our inventory suited to their needs. Great communication & listening skills are key!

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home - in person, by phone, or on our website chat!
- Assist customers in selecting the right motorcycle from our inventory suited to their needs.
- Consult with Sales Manager to set and achieve monthly goals for personal growth and success.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to encourage networking and repeat business.
- Learn techniques of closing the sale - We Will Train!
- Complete all sales documentation for tag, title, financing, etc. efficiently and in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Outgoing and vivacious personality - and an A-1 People Person!
- A high degree of good customer service and people skills are required.
- Sales experience in other industries is a plus!
- We will train - no dealership experience required!
- Ambition and drive to succeed with a good track record!
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn.
- Ability to set and achieve goals.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Valid driver's license - Motorcycle endorsement is a plus, but we will train.
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
- Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
