A day in the life.
As our Claims Consultant on the Claims team, you'll be responsible for obtaining claim status updates from carrier partners, providing suggestions and recommendations to adjusters to assist with claim resolutions, developing claims management strategies with clients, and documenting activity. Services should help clients reduce the cost of claims and provide clients with the necessary information to determine the best claims management approach for their organizations. Duties include training, acting as an educational resource, public speaking, prospecting, partnering with HR/Safety/etc. to develop best client outcomes.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 5-7 years of claims experience in General Liability and Auto, including strong knowledge of insurance carrier claims services.
- Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management, and peers.
- Proficiency in MS office applications required.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- AIC, ARM, CIC or CRM, equivalent preferred
