Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide programs and projects for client engagements with responsibilities to establish governance routines and lead the company and client teams to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ensure the project issues and risks are identified, quantified, managed, tracked, and appropriately communicated and escalated when necessary.
- Perform competitor/industry research leveraging both public and non-public sources.
- Monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.
- Participate in conducting internal and external interviews independently.
- Prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text.
- Devise and evaluate methods and procedures for collecting data.
- Manage up and communicate status with mid-level and senior-level managers.
- Structure and build quantitative and qualitative/conceptual analyses.
- Develop and communicate recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of related experience in management consulting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively – both verbally and in writing – in English and Mandarin.
- Active listening and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization and across cultures.
