Renewal by Andersen wants to hear from you! Our Design Consultants deliver in-home sales presentations during pre-scheduled appointments to ensure customers have all the information they need to make a same-day decision on their window and door replacement projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Travel to company-generated appointments with homeowners - no cold calling or door knocking!
- Perform product demonstrations, discuss custom quotes, and close sales during in-home consultations
- Embody honesty and integrity while employing a value-based selling process
Compensation and Benefits:
- Current consultants earn $150k - $250k+ yearly
- 100% commission structure with uncapped earning potential!

Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required)
- Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours to appointments (required)
- Ability to carry 40-60 lbs of sample materials (required)
- Capable of navigating applications on an iPad (required)
- Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process
- Previous outside sales experience is a plus
Schedule:
- Evening and weekend availability (required)
- Full-time schedule with flexibility on a weekly basis
