What you’ll do
- SW & Process Excellence: Lead development and continuous improvement of best-in-class sales processes as a member of the Global Growth & Sales Effectiveness (G&SE) team with a broad scope that covers all Cytiva operating companies.
- Launch & Change Mgmt: Collaborate with G&SE team program managers to design strong go-to-market launch plans that drive rapid adoption of new processes, tools, or capabilities by stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with Business Unit Leaders, Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, and other cross-functional stakeholders to gather voice-of-customer feedback and build or improve customer-centric processes, tools, or capabilities.
- ROI & Performance Mgmt: Lead development of visual and daily management dashboards on program performance and risk and act as a subject matter expert on how evolving trends might impact Cytiva’s business model and strategic priorities.
- Annual Strategic Planning: Be embedded in each OpCo’s annual strategic planning cycle to identify new growth & sales effectiveness programs or ensure existing programs are being effectively leveraged across business units on the Cytiva platform.
Who you are
- Degree in Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience or deep familiarity with the biopharma or Life Science Manufacturing industry.
- Previous work experience in sales or sales-related functions and strong familiarity with CRM and other sales cycle management tools.
- Proven track record and passion for applying process excellence and change management tools to drive continuous improvement and manage implementation risk.
- Demonstrates exemplary written and verbal communication to liaise with a diverse group of functional leaders and subject matter experts.
- Effectively leads cross-functional project teams in a matrix organization. Global project management experience is a plus.
- Able to work independently and proactively towards issue resolution when hurdles are encountered.
