Job Description
Overall 5-7 years of functional consulting experience in S4 HANA SD module
Experience in GST
Others: Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions to fulfill customer requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
Work on effort estimation and rough cost with timeline if implementing SAP SD.
Proactively work on Fit Gap Analysis and propose suitable SAP processes with system enhancements needed for business requirements.
Lead the team actively on both functional and technical roles. Experience in interfaces to SAP systems and Non-SAP systems.
Handle the complete integration landscape from a support perspective, solving incidents and change requests while maintaining SLA.
Should be able to lead a team and provide proper and periodic updates to customers on incidents and change requests while also making effective progress.
Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively, understanding issues from a business perspective and providing on-time resolutions.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions related to new change requests and implement integrations in the SD module seamlessly.
Ability to provide extended support during weekends to assist on priority issues, system restarts, and patch upgrades.
Ability to understand the need for adjusting or optimizing existing integrations and provide proactive solutions to customers with multiple options.
Expert in all aspects of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) modules along with integration points with Material Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Financial Accounting (FI).
Strong functional configuration skills in SAP SD (including order processing, shipping, and billing), POS integration, and SAP FICO AR, AP, GL reporting, month-end closing.
Work with customer business teams and project teams effectively; conduct requirement-gathering workshops, map these into SAP SD processes, and identify gaps and solutions to these gaps.
Able to understand the processes adopted for custom developments, unit testing, function testing, integration testing, Go-live, and support phases.
Able to support SAP SD rollout testing projects and provide production support for the plants that went Go-Live.
Minimum 1 end-to-end implementation experience, including migration and cutover activity.
Working experience of S/4 HANA and Fiori Apps.
Technical Skills Mandatory / Preferred Skills: Functional expertise in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay functions for pricing in SAP S/4HANA Sales.
Interface between Sales and Financial Accounting.
