One of our largest and most reputable utilities clients in New York City is currently looking for a Business Intelligence Clean Energy Lead to join their Clean Energy group. The Business Intelligence (BI) Lead will implement information strategy for Customer Clean Energy Programs (CCEP). In this role, the BI Clean Energy Lead will support Strategy and Program Delivery teams, and work with Data & Analytics to leverage internal and external data for decision making and strategic action. The BI Clean Energy Lead will have solid knowledge of and experience with industry data and have a good understanding of the transactional data generated by CCEP programs. The Clean Energy Lead will gather, create and execute on data and information use cases that enhance performance tracking, optimizes operational processes, improves customer targeting and acquisition, monitors and manages risk, and advises planning decisions. The BI Clean Energy Lead will report to the Department Manager for Program Design, collaborating with other design leads to organize data for informed design.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience with the building, construction or real estate space
- Experience within data & analytics or data visualization
- Understanding of BI tools including but not limited to either Power BI, Oracle BI or Tableau
- Background managing a team or leading a business function with a business savvy understanding marketing, sales, operations, budgets and forecasting
- Analytical and critical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in the clean energy / utilities space (nice to have but highly preferred)
