Marketing Support Consultant (Standard)
Location: Gurugram, India
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end quantitative and qualitative Market Research projects.
- Supporting pre-sales presentations, research solutioning, proposal writing.
- Collaborating with project leads to ensure that projects are delivered on time, meet client needs, and are delivered to high-quality standards.
- Partially client-facing role - interacting with senior business stakeholders across markets.
- Collaborating with client teams across project touchpoints including research design, questionnaire, analysis plan, analysis, and reporting.
- Applying knowledge of Market Research across different industry domains.
Project Management:
- Managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Effectively planning, scheduling, and monitoring research studies to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Ensuring effective inter and intra-functional coordination to keep all stakeholders updated.
- Motivated, solution-focused, quick learner, willing to take on challenges.
- Experience in managing time and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Consulting skills - ability to impact business decisions through analytics and research.
- Good analytical & problem-solving skills; effective decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills - effective oral, written & presentation skills to multinational clients.
Specific Research Skills:
- Hands-on experience of leading quantitative and qualitative primary research projects.
- Experience in research fundamentals - developing Questionnaire/Discussion Guide, Sample Plan, Analysis & Insights, and Report writing.
- In-depth knowledge of Market Research tools and techniques: Segmentation (Cluster Analysis, CHAID, etc.), Trade-off analysis (Conjoint, MaxDiff, etc.), Brand Track, Ad/Campaign evaluation, Concept Test, Forecasting (including Time Series), Causal/Predictive modelling (Linear, Logistic regression, SEM, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SPSS or similar research tools. Additionally, experience in Sawtooth, Python will be preferred.
- Expertise in Excel (knowledge of VBA will be preferred), PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Educational Qualification:
- Masters in a Quantitative discipline or MBA (preferred)
