We are seeking a skilled and experienced Consultant specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites to join our dynamic team. As a Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on the implementation, customization, and optimization of AEM Sites for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage the full potential of AEM Sites. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using AEM Sites.
- Design, configure, and customize AEM Sites to meet client-specific needs, ensuring seamless integration with their existing systems and workflows.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients and project teams on best practices for implementing and optimizing AEM Sites.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate clients and stakeholders on AEM Sites functionality and usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and project managers, to ensure successful implementation and deployment of AEM Sites solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AEM technologies, and provide thought leadership and insights to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, including customization and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets and Adobe Target is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- In-depth knowledge of AEM DAM capabilities, including asset ingestion, metadata management, workflow automation, and asset delivery.
- Experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and other related technologies.
- Strong understanding of DAM best practices, industry standards, and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) in AEM DAM is preferred.
