Accenture Data & AI Security Consultant - Location Negotiable

You are passionate about security and have the experience to analyze a client’s security posture, anticipate security requirements, and help find right-sized solutions based on industry-leading practices. The Data & AI Security Consultant plays a pivotal role in implementing and managing solutions to protect our clients from internal and external security threats. Responsibilities include:
- Data Protection Strategy and Governance: Help organizations outline a coherent strategy for data protection, including governance models and risk management frameworks.
- Data Protection Reporting & Analytics: Generate reports and analytics on data protection activities and integrate these insights into broader security measures.
- Secure Data Management: Understand how to handle data securely throughout its lifecycle.
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP): Be conversant with DLP technologies and approaches.
- Microsoft Security: Familiarity with Microsoft Security technologies.
- Data Classification and Information Rights Management (IRM): Facilitate the classification of data based on sensitivity levels.
- CASB/ZTNA/SASE Data Protection: Familiarity with Cloud Access Security Brokers and Zero Trust Network Architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical lead for client projects.
- Lead junior security analysts while fostering opportunities for growth.
- Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve program performance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with data protection capabilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with data security risks and mitigation strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Data Security vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry recognized Professional Security Certification preferred (CISSP, CIPP/IT, CRISC).
- Experience with Big 4 or Global Solution Integrator.
- Knowledge of Data Security vendors and product capabilities.
