Overview:
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and contribute to Salesforce projects that directly impact clients’ success. As a key player, you will collaborate with both clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business goals while ensuring a seamless user experience. With a focus on effective communication, requirements gathering, and technical expertise, you will help drive innovation, refine processes, and ensure that Salesforce implementations are aligned with client objectives. This position also involves training and mentoring others, fostering a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Foster client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with agility and innovation.
- Lead or contribute to projects, from gathering and documenting requirements to designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage project lifecycles, including timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Train Salesforce admins and end-users, enhancing their skills and understanding of the platform.
- Conduct quality assurance and testing to ensure high standards for configurations, customizations, and integrations. Troubleshoot and refine solutions with stakeholders.
- Oversee deployment plans, coordinating smooth transitions to production with minimal disruption.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify dependencies across workstreams, ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and business analysis.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce solution design and configuration.
- Salesforce Certifications preferred: Administrator, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Experience Cloud Consultant, Nonprofit Cloud Consultant.
- Experience in Nonprofits, Higher Education, and/or Service Cloud is beneficial.
