Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI Functional Consultant with a strong technical background to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP FI modules while leveraging your technical expertise to enhance system functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and analyze requirements related to financial accounting and reporting processes.
- Configure, customize, and implement SAP FI modules to meet business needs and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on the integration of SAP FI with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of SAP FI solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP FI configurations, enhancements, and interfaces.
- Design and implement enhancements, customizations, and extensions using ABAP programming language and other relevant tools.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end business processes and deliver integrated solutions.
- Stay current with SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Provide training and support to end users and fellow team members on SAP FI functionalities and technical aspects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a SAP FI Functional Consultant with a focus on configuration, implementation, and support.
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in ABAP programming, SAP enhancements, and data migration techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FI modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
- Proven expertise in SAP integration technologies, such as IDoc, RFC, BAPI, and ALE/EDI.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting (FI) is highly desirable.
- Experience with S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions is a plus.
