Solution Delivery Consultant - myEvolv
Embark on a rewarding journey with myEvolv as a Solution Delivery Consultant, where your expertise will shine in system build, testing, and conversion projects using our implementation methodology. Dive into the exciting realm of testing and troubleshooting configurations, enhancing solution functionality across a variety of client environments. Your active involvement in client meetings, internal initiatives, and process improvement will be instrumental. Be the eyes identifying, the voice reporting, and the hands managing solution status, risks, and issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to issue resolution and lending your insights to workflow analysis. In this role, you'll not only build and maintain client relationships but also navigate through conflicts, documenting the very best practices in methodology.

myEvolv is a fully web-based electronic health record (EHR) system certified by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC), tailored for organizations serving children and families, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism services, and behavioral health. Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Decision making skills
- Flexibility
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Exposure to RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Processes or Implementations
- Willing to be onsite and in-office in Overland Park, Kansas
Preferred
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
- Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)
- 1-2 years' experience with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Expectations
Potential travel 20% of the time as needed. Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel.
