Solution Delivery Consultant - EVV
As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you will ensure seamless solution implementations and maintain strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include managing communications, documentation, and issue resolution. You'll handle project configurations, troubleshooting, and prepare for system builds, integrations, testing, and conversions using our implementation methodology.
You'll enhance solution functionality through testing and troubleshooting across diverse client environments and participate in client meetings and internal initiatives to improve processes. Reporting on solution statuses, risks, and issues to clients and project leaders is crucial.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams for complex issue resolution and escalation management is essential. You'll assist in analyzing current workflows, maintain client relationships, and document best practices. Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions, and familiarity with industries like clinical, human services, long-term care, and senior living are beneficial, with billing, Payer, or EVV experience as a plus. EVV Team
As a Solution Delivery Consultant, you will work independently on the Mobile Care Giver+ solution, integrating care records and assisting clients with project implementation. This role involves ensuring caregivers document necessary data for the Cares Act, including GPS and timing coordinates to verify service delivery. You'll support state requirements, which may change, and collaborate with provider agencies and payers. Additionally, you'll work with the Care Router solution, which dispatches aids for 988 Crisis and hospice care in post-acute settings.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology
- Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
- Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
- Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership
- Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues
- Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows
- Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
- Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
Qualifications
Required
- At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility
- Comfort with ambiguity
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Ability to work onsite in Overland Park, Kansas
Preferred
- Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
- Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)
- Billing Experience, Payer or EVV Experience is a plus
- Potential travel 20% of the time as needed
- Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
