Genetic Counselor: FT, M-F, 40 Hours, 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $32.44-$51.91(Actual offer rates are based upon the applicant’s relevant job experience and the requirements of the position)

The Genetic Counselor:
- Ability to compile and evaluate family history and genetic test results
- Demonstrates ability to provide patient education regarding genetic disorders.
- Capable of recommending standard genetic tests and identifying family members to be tested
- Ability to discuss management of care options for patients with their physicians and medical team
- Knowledge to educate patients regarding their risks/options and test results
What do you need?
Required
- Master’s degree from an accredited genetic counseling program
- Certification or eligibility for certification by the American Board of Genetic Counseling or the American Board of Medical Genetics
- Research experience or experience working in an Oncology multidisciplinary team preferred
