Role reports to: US ERP Product Line Owner
Location: Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)
Pay: 92,000- 149,500
What you will do
The Source Business Analyst - IT Lead is responsible for identifying technology solutions that enable business objectives, developing task estimates and project forecasts, investigating complex system problems, and collaborating with business users and project managers to define technical requirements. As the IT Lead, you will also monitor quality standards, provide status reports, and support day-to-day technology-based business issues:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain business requirements and technical specifications for IT projects in alignment with the Source Business Analyst - IT Lead role.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and analyze business needs and recommend solutions.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices to improve IT processes.
- Provide guidance and cross-functional support to junior analysts in the team.
- Create and deliver presentations to stakeholders to communicate project status and recommendations.
- Identify and evaluate technology solutions to improve business processes and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, estimates, and forecasts for assigned functional areas.
- Recommend cost-saving solutions and implementation plans.
- Investigate complex system problems and prepare situation analysis.
- Monitor quality standards, business requirements, time constraints, and budgetary resources within projects.
- Provide status reports, progress reports, and documentation to IT and business partners.
- Collaborate with business users and project managers to define technical requirements.
- Process employee suggestions and ideas for process improvement.
- Track system development and improvements and interpret changes for programming staff and other functional areas.
- Lead and mentor junior analysts in the team.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT business analysis or functional technical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with SAP – legacy and latest versions (S4, HANA).
Desired Qualifications
- Functional Experience related to source (or plan), such as inbound material movements from internal and external manufacturers; trade customization, co-packers; suppliers and the Supplier Network Collaboration (SNC) and Ariba-eMarketplace tools; procurement and inventory scenarios.
- Experience with Agile methodology and project management tools, such as JIRA.
- Experience in identifying and evaluating technology solutions to improve business processes and achieve business objectives.
- Experience in project planning, estimation, and forecasting.
- Experience in investigating complex system problems and preparing situation analysis.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with business users and project managers.
- Ability to self-serve, be resourceful, and lead and mentor junior analysts in the team.
- Experience in tracking system development and improvements and interpreting changes for programming staff and other functional areas.
What’s in it for you
- Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $92,000.00 to $149,500.00. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate’s skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
