RESPONSIBILITIES: The Family Therapist reports to a Family Clinical Manager and will be part of a collaborative, supportive, close-knit team, that works with youth and families in northeast Kansas and surrounding counties. The therapist applies the Family Therapy (FFT) model, including ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. The Family Therapy model is an in-home and evidence-based model that engages with families by demonstrating immediate responsiveness to their needs and maintaining a strength-based relational focus. Services will primarily be focused in the home and the community with in-office and telehealth available if needed. This position includes traveling to clients' homes and communities.
QUALIFICATIONS: This position requires a Master's degree and professional licensure (e.g., LMSW, LCSW, LSCSW, LPC, LCPC, LMFT, etc.). The ideal candidate will be creative, flexible, have high integrity, work well autonomously, and have excellent time management skills. Must be at least 21 and pass a background check, and physical and drug screening. This position also requires a valid driver's license, proof of current vehicle insurance and reliable transportation.

BONUS: Sign-on Bonus: $2,500 ($1,000 sign on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck and $1,500 retention bonus will be paid after 12 months of service)
