With a diverse set of clients and projects, Qral seeks candidates with the interest and ability to contribute across our 3 core service pillars:
- Go-to-market strategy: Relevant projects include launch & commercialization planning, physician & patient journey market research, forecasting, and product research & valuation. Preferred degrees in health sciences, epidemiology, engineering, and other related training.
- Operations excellence and analytics: Relevant projects include customer segmentation & targeting, commercial operations, sales incentives, advanced analytics, statistical modeling and related analytics. Preferred degrees in health sciences, engineering, data science, mathematics, statistics and other related analytical or health care training.
- Information management: Relevant projects include data warehouse engineering and management, solution architecture, reporting & dashboard development, and CRM configuration. Preferred degrees in engineering, computer science, data science and other related technical training.

Specific Qualifications
- Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in a discipline requiring a strong analytical aptitude
- Advanced degrees preferred
- Ph.D. or post-doc in the life sciences, MD, PharmD, or MBA would be a plus but not needed
- Internship and project experience in management consulting, healthcare strategy, analytics, data management, software engineering, or similar
- Depending on the role: MS Office, Tableau, Python, Alteryx, R, SQL, Amazon Web Services, analytic & database management fundamentals
- Knowledge of the biotech/pharma industry is a plus
