As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Regional Sales Consultant to join our new team based in Tampa, FL that will help drive the expansion of TEI Group Southeast.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set sales targets and objectives
- Regularly analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Pipeline Management:
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth across multiple lines of business
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and sales activities
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the leadership team
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
- Conduct regular check-ins and status updates to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Always answer the phone
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional sales/account management experience
- Upholds a high standard of professional integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions and decision-making processes
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on service-based industries
- Demonstrated experience in strategic account management and client relationship development, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively manage tasks without constant supervision
- Experience selling Service/Repair, Construction, and Modernization in the elevator industry strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in professional Sales, Business, Marketing or a related field
