The Ohio-Kentucky-Indiana Regional Council of Governments is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for professional consultant services to assist in the development of a new freight plan for the region. Sealed Proposals received at the OKI office by the deadline will be publicly opened on April 20, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. EST via Zoom.
