Position Overview:
As a Business Development Consultant at AIIR Consulting, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments for our sales team, and contributing to our revenue growth. You will be at the forefront of our customer acquisition efforts, connecting with prospects and building the foundation for successful sales relationships. This position will work closely with senior leadership and service line leaders and report to the Chief Revenue Officer. This position can be 100% remote if not local to the Bala Cynwyd area.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, email outreach, social media, and online research.
- Qualification: Conduct initial conversations with leads to assess their fit for our products/services, ensuring they meet predefined criteria.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for our sales executives, providing them with well-qualified opportunities to close deals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with prospects, providing information about our offerings and addressing their questions or concerns.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and transparency.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and refine lead generation strategies.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and qualification.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects.
- Stay abreast of market trends and observe current needs to provide AIIR with market intelligence.
- Be a “Brand Ambassador” representing the company’s brand and values.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Work well cross-functionally, but also be able to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3-5 years of experience selling complex HR and Business Solutions
- A proven track record selling into the HR, Talent Management space
- Experience building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions for senior leaders/c-suite executives
- Demonstrated performance, meeting and/or exceeding goals
- Passion about what drives human performance at work
