What Implementation Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Sales Support is responsible for providing sales support through direct involvement in the sales process, either by helping persuade customer buying decisions or involvement in the effective implementation of solutions to support the attainment of the organization's sales objectives.
Implementation Management is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations. Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer. May be involved in budgeting and financial requirements. Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations. Partners with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans. Works with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions.

The Consultant of Implementation is responsible for planning, organizing and leading solution implementations.
Responsibilities
- Leads and supports onboarding of net new customers to the business
- Monitors and tracks the progress of implementations
- Manages project plans, resources, and commitments to the customer
- Root cause problem solving and issues resolution
- Participates in budgeting and financial requirements
- Collaborates with sales and the customer early in the process to develop implementation project plans.
- Partners with management and peers to develop consistent methodologies based on best practices for efficiently implementing solutions
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
- PMP Certification (project management professional certification) preferred
- Customer facing project management experience
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

Anticipated salary range: $79,700 - $102,420
