ADP Implementation Consultant
Carillon Assisted Living is actively seeking an ADP Implementation Consultant for our corporate office in Raleigh, North Carolina. This opportunity is part time (15-20 hours a week) with a hybrid schedule (all hours within business hours). This individual will assist with the conversion from our current payroll processor/integrator to ADP's payroll, HR, and benefits solutions. This position involves working closely with our internal team and ADP to understand our specific needs, configure ADP systems to meet those requirements, and provide training and support throughout the implementation process. ADP Implementation Consultant Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessment of client needs and business processes.
- Work with our internal stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for the new ADP system.
- Analyze current payroll and HR processes to identify areas of improvement and ensure seamless integration with ADP solutions.
- Assist in configuring ADP payroll, HR, and benefits systems to align with our company's specific needs.
- Ensure all system setups are accurate and adhere to our business requirements and best practices.
- Provide training sessions to our staff on the effective use of ADP systems.
- Offer ongoing support during and after implementation to address any issues and ensure smooth operation.
- Help manage the project timeline and deliverables to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Communicate project status and potential issues to the VP of Finance and relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the accurate import and migration of data from our current payroll system to ADP.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout the implementation process.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders throughout the implementation process.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of payroll and HR processes is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ADP or other HR/payroll systems is a plus.
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is beneficial.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
