Job Summary
The Internet Sales Consultant at Dixie Buick GMC provides sales and customer service support to the dealership through phone and online contact. This is an individual contributor role in Auto industry sales.

Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online contact
* Generate sales opportunities for the dealership
* Perform customer service tasks such as booking appointments and providing information
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
* Assist customers with product and service inquiries
Requirements
* Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service and/or sales
* Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills (bilingual a plus)
* Ability to use computer systems for customer service, sales, and accounting
* Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
