Position Overview:
Our Client Service (Emerging Market) Implementation Consultant supports our small business client needs by configuring their applications accordingly. This opportunity promotes the opportunity to join Paylocity and build the foundation around our suite of products. The Emerging Market Implementation Consultant (EMIC) will provide first level support to our clients by facilitating training and payroll processing support until their transition to our Client Services team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment; time management and the ability to successfully manage multiple clients in different stages is required. Paylocity is committed to providing our clients with a high level of service; this position is responsible for maintaining this commitment within our Implementation area.
Location: Meridian, ID
Reports To: Implementation Leadership
Responsibilities:
- Successful facilitation of client calls
- Facilitate the entry of prior provider payroll data to the Paylocity application
- Educate the client on how to navigate Paylocity’s suite of applications to efficiently process payroll
- Collaborate internally between the client and other Paylocity partners as needed
- Perform quality assurance tasks to ensure accuracy of all work
- Responsible for a seamless onboarding experience for our small business clients
- Ability to seamlessly maneuver multiple screens/tabs while accessing databases and accurately entering information
- Travel up to 5% required
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum one year demonstrated customer or client service experience
- Customer service focused with the ability to develop strong and trusted relationships
- Intermediate Computer skills: ability to effortlessly maneuver multiple screens/tabs and databases
- Familiarity and comfort with web-based applications
- Strong MS Office skills, especially with Excel
- Willingness to perform a wide variety of tasks and projects
- Ability to effectively problem solve and provide quick resolution utilizing Paylocity resources

- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment
