Armanino’s Restructuring Consulting Practice focuses on strategic, operational, and financial challenges facing our clients. We address the full spectrum of financial and transactional challenges faced by companies, boards, investors, creditor constituencies and other parties-in-interest.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Address tight deadlines with a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, cash flow management, AP, AR, payroll and reconciliations.
- Routinely communicate with senior consultants and managers for each client matter relating to financial close, issues and deliverables.
- Leverage multiple cloud-based accounting systems, and integrated add-ons, to provide accounting services for our clients.
- Provide support to the Operations and Process teams assigned to each client as needed.
- Assist in tracking and updating various checklists and databases to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Participates in initial client process and operational discussions relating to Restructuring activities.
- Preparation of reports, journal entries, presentations, quantitative exhibits, and other client deliverables regarding project scope and/or results of work performed.
- Assisting IP Sales team on a sale process, including preparation of a sale memo, initiating outreach to targets generated by Armanino or in concert with the Client, conducting multiple outreaches thereafter, supporting sale diligence requirements, transaction negotiation/deal structuring and other related sale process support.
Requirements
- BS in Accounting/Finance or related field required or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in all facets of accounting including GL, AP, AR, PR and reconciliations
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail; projects typically include work on-site at client locations.
- Strong analytical and accounting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Teams and Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to set priorities and with excellent time management skills; enjoy working independently and collaboratively with clear deadlines and deliverables. Proficient in multiple accounting software including QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, AccountEdge or Intacct; able to shift from one to another.
- Familiarity or have exposure with ZoomInfo, Adobe Sign, Box, Dropbox, G Suite, and SharePoint.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $72,450 - $113,400. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
