Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

$88,000.00 - $124,000.00

What Will You Do
The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing data and providing insights to improve business operations. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying trends, creating reports, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Business Requirements Gathering & User Story authorship - Work with various stakeholders to identify and create business requirements, identify gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies in existing processes, and turn requirements into user stories for the technical product owner to review/sign-off on.
- Data Analysis - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can help improve business processes, including developing and maintaining agile project dashboards and reports.
- Testing and Validation - Test and validate the solutions that the team configures, working with the testing team to develop test cases and ensuring that the solutions meet the needs of the stakeholders.
- Documentation - Create documentation that helps stakeholders understand the solutions that are developed, including roadmaps of the solution journey.
- Stakeholder Management - Support the technical product owner with managing stakeholders and ensuring that their needs are being met.
- Other Duties - Support the execution of individual initiatives through the development and application of standards for scope, schedule, budget, resource, and risk/issue management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business analysis role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies
- SAFe Agile 6.0 certification (PM/PO or General)
- At least 3 years' experience working on custom and vendor-managed technical solutions
- Knowledge of CPG industry performance metrics
- Knowledge of Jira software
