CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize and distribute the day’s schedule to prepare for incoming guests and manage efficient workflow through the shop, selling work needed to satisfy customer requests and maximize profitability.
- Create a 5-star experience while leading each customer through the service journey to inspire trust and loyalty.
- Take ownership and expedite the well-organized preparation of information and paperwork for all departments. Also, attentively communicate with the customer and coordinate vehicles through the shop, car wash, and loaner department.
- Assist the Service Manager with the tactful management of high-expectation customers. Take ownership of resolving customer service concerns.
