Job Description
This role will be responsible for analyzing/supporting JD Edwards based solutions. Facilitates the integration of technology into business operations with the goal of using technology to improve operations or efficiency. This position specializes in JDE Supply Chain Management and acts as a functional lead for that part of the system. The JDE Business Analyst is responsible for providing input and assisting in the development and implementation of business initiatives to support company operations and business decision-making.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Proficient in Inventory Management, Shop Floor Management, Demand Planning, MRP & MPS, Material & Capacity Planning, Product Costing & Manufacturing Accounting, Procurement, EDI, and Sales Order Management.
- Serve as trusted business partner and advisory to deliver thought leadership concepts, embrace opportunities in digital transformation and collaborate tightly with business & internal IT.
- JDE Implementation experience in performing business requirements & fit-gap analysis, prototyping, retrofitting of modifications, system configuration, data conversion & integration testing, conference room pilot, regression testing, system health check, user training & development of functional design documents.
- Proficient in database SQL queries, data extracts, V-Lookups, Analysis of data.
- Prepare test data to assist technical analyst to debug and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with business to prepare use test cases for CRP and iCRP testing.
- Provide functional training to business users.
- Establish and maintain contact with JDE Oracle support for problem and issue resolution.
- Collect business requirements, perform feasibility analysis, find gaps, define scope and design.
- Analyze, design, and write functional specifications based on business requirements.
- Adhere to project timelines, prioritize workload, and effectively communicate project status and discuss outcomes.
- Design - Menus, UX one UDO – (like Watchlist, E1 Pages, Orchestrator solutions, Advanced queries), BIP Output, E1 Batch application, E1 Interactive Applications.
- Perform unit and integration testing for solutions.
- Works on digital transformation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects as required.
- Regularly help in day-to-day resolution of the business/system/user issues.
- Create versions, set processing options, menus and promote them to production.
- Meet and coordinate with technical analyst and other team members to develop solutions to business problems for resolution.
- Acts as a liaison between end users and development team, ensuring that technology is installed or configured in a way that supports business objectives and meets user needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts: employees, functional consultants, and contractors who have varying levels of expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to maintain positive communication/interaction.
- Ability to multi-task and assume various positions on team projects.
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Agile and flexible to accommodate changes in business.
- Ability to foster teamwork.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- JDE Certified in Distribution and/or manufacturing preferred.
- Experience with JDE E1 - 8.10 and above.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in JDE support and implementation.
- Experience with a variety of JDE modules in finance, sales, distribution, EDI, and/or manufacturing.
- Should have an experience on AS IS Analysis, Mapping JDE with existing system, creating setups, User Training, Testing (unit and Integration), giving solutions to the client issues, data loading, Creating Menus & Versions, Defining setups, Integration with other modules, Preparation, and finalization of specs for report, documentation of the Business Processes, Setups, and User Manuals.
Travel Requirements and Work Schedule
- Hybrid/Remote Allowed.
- Approximately 20% travel.
- Travel could be larger periods during UAT and Go-Live.
- Extended hours during Go-Lives.
- Work in US EST time zone.
- Heavy travel required 30%+

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000 to $151,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
