An excellent career opportunity is currently available for aPolicy & Property Consultant located at Aires Danbury, CToffice.
This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your experience to deliver mobility program management, real estate, expense management and reporting services for relocating transferees and their families.
Position Responsibilities:
- Counsels transferees on policy benefits.
- Facilitates the home purchase/home sale process.
- Participates in required training initiatives to learn systems and processes.
- Counsels and assist with transferee expense submission.
- Collaborates with internal teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and timely.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years relocation industry and/or real estate industry experience
- 2 years customer service experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Computer literacy with MS Office products, and ability to grasp proprietary software
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
- Ability to follow policies and procedures
- Genuine desire to help others
- Team oriented mindset, with a strong sense of care and urgency
