Microsoft Technology Consultant Location: Remote (Home based) – Must be based in the UK
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000

About The Microsoft Technology Consultant Role
As a Microsoft Technology Consultant, you will design and implement Microsoft solutions across Office 365, Azure AD, Intune, Windows Server, and Windows Defender.
Using your knowledge of Microsoft cloud architecture, administration, and best practices, you will assist customers with the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server solutions.
Your day-to-day tasks include:
- Be hands-on in the delivery of all project-based assignments, including consultancy, migrations, and customer workshops.
- Act in a leadership role for clients, helping to guide them through projects.
- Use your knowledge and expertise to train junior members of the technical team.
- Facilitate client meetings to discuss design and architecture decisions.
- Assist junior members of the technical team with issues that require senior support.
Skills and Experience Required for the Microsoft Technology Consultant Role:
- Experience in configuring and managing Windows Servers in a service environment.
- Hands-on experience in the Microsoft tech stack.
- Knowledge of Office 365, Endpoint Manager (Intune), Azure, Sentinel, and Microsoft Defender.
- Demonstrable experience in forming collaborative working relationships with customers and other internal stakeholders.
- Experience in project engineering, from build, deploy, and design.
- Confidence in effectively communicating technical concepts and designs to non-technical persons.
- MS-500, AZ-500, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, AZ-204 or equivalent certification would be beneficial but not essential.
