Job Description
- At least 6 years of Automation lead role.
- Certified in Automation developer and solution architect is preferred.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Automation tools and capabilities to architect efficient and scalable automation solutions.
- Define KPI and metrics to measure success and impact of automation implementation.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy through any of the process mining tools like Celonis, UiPath process mining, Signavio.
- Provide technical leadership in the implementation of automation projects ensuring best practices and standards are followed by the team.
- Assist the team in defining the business and functional requirements based on which the team designs the RPA workflows architecture ensuring efficient development and functionality of the BOTs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and customers to understand requirements, align with governance and compliance, and deliver comprehensive automation solutions.
- Provide support to IT roles within the organization for RPA prerequisites implementation, IT environments setup, installing software, testing, and production cut-over.
- Strong program management and communication skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide updates, and address any concerns.
- Stay updated on the latest automation tool features, industry best practices, and incorporate them into automation strategy for continuous improvement.
- Understanding of Gen AI concepts and how to consume them in automation.
- Preferred to have knowledge of SAP functional modules like MM, SD, PP, etc., and BW, Hana, etc.
